Laura Farrell of Maquoketa State Bank and her School to Work student, Miya Messerich visited 5th grade today. Miya shared a presentation about finances and taught the 5th graders to write out checks and fill out a checkbook register.
Mrs. Thomson looks forward to having them both back on Thursday to present to 6th grade!

Easton Valley Basketball Fans, if you are headed out to watch the games at Midland on Friday night the Midland HS will be having a Post Prom Fundraiser Pulled Pork Meal. The Meal includes a pulled pork sandwich, party potatoes and baked beans. They will begin serving at 5pm. Show your support for our Midland friends and students!
5th grade social studies classes presented their projects today!
A couple months ago our Technology Director, Mr. Bormann shared an article with staff that he found online about how important it is to wash our hands and keep our Chromebooks clean during cold and flu season. So, Mrs. Kelley took the initiative to have some of her students do the same experiment that was in the article and found some interesting results as seen in the photo.
