It was a good day in Ames yesterday for our FFA Members competing in the State FFA Meats and Livestock judging contests!
Meats team placed 7th of 20 teams. Members: Hailey Dondlinger, Kelsie Thompson, Breese Orr-Thole, and Abby Schmidt.
Livestock team placed 10th of 51 teams. Members: Houston Holdgrafer, Kambree Schwager, MaKenna Klemme, and Charlie Lane.

Maquoketa State Bank's Stuff the Bus starts today! Bring in your school supply or cash donations to any of their bank locations. Supplies will be distributed to area elementary schools! This is a great way to help support students and educators in our communities!

Go to https://eastonvalley.onlinejmc.com/Parent/Login.aspx to log in and select "Register for 2023-2024" then "Start/Continue the Registration Process" to get started. Registration is not complete until you click the Finish button to submit the information to the office. You will receive an email once it has been submitted. Next click the "Sign Forms" link to electronically sign all required documents. Contact the office(s) if you have any questions.
In-person registration is next Wednesday, August 9th from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the HS.
JH/HS schedules will be available next week.
