It looks like the weather is not going to cooperate tomorrow (Wednesday, October 13) for our outside day in Bellevue :(
We will plan to stay at the Elementary school and do various activities.
Please pickup your student(s) at your convenience anytime before 5:30.

New flagpole has been installed at the elementary. If you no longer see the flag out in back, it's because it is on the new pole out in front of our building.
Special School Board Meeting Monday, October 11, 2021- 7:00 a.m. in Preston
This week’s honorary captain is Bruce Yaddof. Thank you Bruce for all of your hard work and dedication on the football field every year.
Mr.Sikkema’s Print Shop class prepped and packaged the Tackle Cancer Shirts for the Cancer Awareness fundraiser at school.
Elementary students will participate in a "Safety Day" tomorrow morning. PK-3 students will have rotations with the Sabula, Preston, Miles Fire Departments along with the Preston/Miles Ambulance. If we are able to have Air Care come, they will join us too so students can see the helicopter. All students in the elementary will also practice bus safety tomorrow.
The new elementary basketball hoops are up and nearing completion!

The River Hawk pink night was a success thanks to all of you! We raised $1600 for the Iowa City Children's Hospital to help kids battling cancer! Thank you for all your support!

Thursday night will be PINK OUT night as the River Hawks host the Prince of Peace Irish in a conference volleyball match. There will be cheesy potatoes, oreo fluff and bake sale items! All proceeds will be donated to the Iowa City Children's Hospital to help fight cancer.
