EXCITING NEWS!!!
The Easton Valley Community School District has been approved to offer FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH to ALL ENROLLED students in the Easton Valley School District beginning on Monday, September 14th, 2020.
This has been possible due to the USDA Nationwide Waiver included in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, Section 2202 (a).
The waiver will end on December 31st, 2020 or sooner and we will notify all EV families if this program ends sooner that this date.
PLEASE NOTE: This does not include any a la carte items, extra milks, extra main entrees or sides etc. It also does not include adult meals or waive any existing negative balances. These still need to be taken care of when the account goes into a negative status.
All meals will meet and maintain all the required guidelines as they currently do.
PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR STUDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GREAT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM. Our cooks do an amazing job and we want to always be able to provide all our EV students with a very nutritious and fulfilling meal during their school day.
This waiver pertains to ALL ENROLLED students, whether you are physically in the school buildings or are taking advantage of the online learning that EV offers.
