Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Keller
By: Jarrett Driscoll & Payton Lott
Mrs. Keller joined the Easton Valley teaching staff in the 2022-23 school year as the high school business teacher and has been teaching for two years.
She wanted to teach at Easton Valley because there was an opening and she thought she would be a good fit. However, she never expected to teach high school, she originally wanted to be an elementary teacher but has come to realize that she prefers teaching older children because she can be more real with them.
Mrs. Keller has multiple things she loves about teaching. She enjoys watching her students grow, learn new things, and experience new opportunities. Her favorite class to teach is MOC (work-based learning) because she likes to see the excitement on students’ faces when they talk about their internship experiences.
Outside of teaching, Mrs. Keller enjoys making soap for her business, Mississippi Suds, as well as spending time with her family and traveling.
